I'll try to find out what `no_type` and `none` are for by looking through `data.pak`.

`TOWN_NO_TYPE` - town type for neutral creatures.
`HERO_CLASS_NONE` - simply an empty hero class. I saw a hero with the "Uncategorized" type on one map.
