question about the music (in-game)

Where were these tracks found?

First, in a video that compiled all the tracks from Heroes of Might and Magic V. I noticed an unfamiliar track there, checked the list of names, and realized it wasn't in the music folder. I found it separately on the internet. The same goes for the second one.
