During the playthrough, I was somehow convinced that Lorenzo would stay with me until the end of the game; I focused on him... Oh well... Varens was very unlucky with his skill choices. The first spell appeared around level 10, it was dark magic. So, I started developing him as a dark mage. As expected, until the dwarf castle, not a single dark spellbook appeared. I didn't find Subjugation either, but at least I had the Book of Darkness). The plot is interesting; I'm looking forward to the continuation.
