Excellent. And I read somewhere that delta can't be negative.

Based on my observation, the stat won't increase until the delta is compensated.

I.e.

ChangeHeroStat(hero, 1, -1000)
ChangeHeroStat(hero, 1, 10)

Will leave the hero with zero attack.
