I found a strange thing (?) with the modernized study of spells: when you attack, you get the message "To learn 4th-level spells, you need to know at least 13 spells." I looked in the book, and there are clearly more than 13 spells there. But no new ones appeared...

Here, it means that 13 spells must be learned specifically in the library. Enhanced and mass spells are, of course, not counted. I did this, firstly, to make the gameplay more challenging, and secondly, to make the hero develop in more than one direction. There are plenty of runes on the map, so you can almost complete two schools.
