How to create a video for a map?

I created a new map. I want the hero to have an animation, and as I understand it, I need to specify HeroLink for this. But I can't seem to make it work! Everything is fine with the monster link, but here it's just a mess. I can't explain it all in words. In some places, my map is visible, and in others, it's not, even though the folders are the same! I don't know how to explain it all in words; maybe screenshots will help show what I'm doing wrong.
