How to create a video for a map?

Could you provide more details about "recording" the video? With scripts, everything would be clear, but here we need to manage without them. How do I start the "recording"? How do I switch cameras, move the camera, change the viewing angle, adjust the zoom, etc.? I'm not quite getting it...
Just in case, I'll start "from the beginning." I've taken a test map, and everything seems to be opened correctly on it (screenshot attached). What's the next step? Do I need to create cameras? After pressing "E," nothing happens.
