I've been playing the latest version since its release... (Well, not all day long, of course;)). In particular, after discovering quests for all the peasants and all the dwellings, I started replaying, starting from the transition to part 2 of the map.
I found that in a well-hidden village in the north, I can only complete one quest for an artifact. After the undead are destroyed, it says 0%... Accordingly, taxes are not collected...
I'll try replaying again, but I'm afraid it's a bug...
P.S. Here, I just checked the first house - the undead quest - I killed the nearby zombies - progress 0%. And also - access to the ore customer is difficult, and it is not yet possible to approach the zombies near his hut...

Yes, you are absolutely right, I noticed this during the second test. This is because I removed a region from the map, but the script using it was not deleted. I have fixed this, and some other minor issues, and I am uploading what I hope is the final version =) Well, 3 hours - mostly not counting the time spent in battles, they just pass very quickly for me. Access to the zombies will be unlocked when you receive the quest from the peasant.

With every quick save and 9 out of 10 normal saves. The quality is already mediocre.

Hmm... For now, the only thing I can advise is that in places where you know you will need to save frequently, temporarily set the lowest graphics settings in the game. If a crash still occurs, quickly stop the Heroes application in the task manager and restart the game (this is not a very good option, but it doesn't take much time). Personally, on my computer, it crashes 1 out of 10 times. Try the lightweight version (there are fewer reasons to save). I will test the game on my prehistoric computer, which I turn on once a year, maybe I can come up with some more solutions =)

It's a pity that due to map errors and other circumstances, almost no one has made it to the middle of the map and met the scout yet =( My last piece of advice is to save when entering the Dungeon. As I said, the game has 2 endings, and everything will depend on your choice.
