It will happen. But not for everyone, as it will greatly affect the balance + many have the same special abilities + even the icons are the same.

Of course, imbalanced heroes shouldn't be included in the mod (Markel, Tolgar). But extra heroes, in the literal sense of the word, with identical special abilities and icons, won't be a problem. By the way, Guard doesn't have a scripted name, and this could cause an error.
