NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Avran's script needs to be reworked. Unfortunately, in the multiplayer mode, it's not possible to use widely used, non-addressed, general triggers; here, we have a trigger for a new day.
And all global variables and functions must contain the prefix "NHF_," to avoid having the same names as map scripts; I'm renaming them myself for now.
If this trigger is used in any other map, there will be script errors. And it's used quite a lot.
Convert the trigger to a separate-thread While loop.
