NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Here's a suggestion:
Necromancer Falmer.
Specialization: When Falmer attacks a group of creatures on the map, the necromancer infects them with a plague. Part of the group dies. The percentage of creatures that die depends on the hero's level and the creature's level.
