NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

I don't know where to create a thread like this, so I'll just post it here (sorry for any possible off-topic content). Guys, I need help from those who are good at creating models for new creatures / are well-versed in the lore / are familiar with the creatures and heroes already created in the NCF, NHF, and other similar mods. Here's the gist.
To finish creating the campaign, I need 3 models for heroes that would suit Sandro, Urgash, and Ash. I remember seeing a ready-made model for Sandro somewhere a long time ago, but I can't remember where. I haven't seen anything similar for Urgash, but in the worst case, I can adapt the plot so that his soul migrates into the body of an Archdemon. But I have no ideas for Ash. Are there any existing monster models that would suit her? I was thinking about the Astral Dragon or the spider from EWA. But I don't really like these ideas.
