Should I delete the file after playing the game? Will it break other maps from here?

Some artifacts have been modified in the campaign (boots of levitation, ring of exile - only the name has been changed, not critical; ring of the shadow-marked - significantly changed, critical for those maps where it is used).

Overall, I wouldn't say that the campaign can significantly damage other maps (most of the modified objects are unlikely to be found anywhere else).
