Blue crystal

Phoenixes can be useful for one quest there, but it's really unclear why manticores are needed.

Something went wrong in one place - it said to bring the phoenix cloak, which is with some phoenixes. There's only one phoenix squad on the map, which I cleared of the guards, and when I went to them, they opened a wall. But there's no cloak anywhere. At the start, there was another squad of phoenixes with titans, but I killed them a long time ago, and they didn't drop a cloak.
