NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Didn't notice that NHF MP was in .bat format, thought it was some kind of library file and opened NHF MS.exe, it's a cool thing))

Previously, this game was used as a platform for NHF MS, executing the map processing script. In the last few versions, it's no longer there anyway.
