He killed an elf and took on a quest to capture a human city in mission 2. However, the battle doesn't activate, and the NPCs continue to stand and give quests (to the humans), and I can't reach the second garrison. The map doesn't allow me to go anywhere except the road from city to city, and I can't find any activators. What should I do?
Of course, a lot of time has passed, but if you happen to have a save file from before taking the quest to capture the human castles, it might help to identify and fix the bug.
