Luna is quite chaotic evil, considering she's usually driven by her impulses to kill someone. Erika, on the other hand, is quite lawful good, and Rowan is closer to lawful good as well. Also, Eris has two halves listed instead of her true alignment (which is lawful evil). Overall, it's not a very good chart.

Judging by the number of corpses, Eris is closer to lawful good, lol. And Raven can't be lawful because of his dragonification, even if he really wants to be.

A chaotic evil character tends to have no respect for rules, other people's lives, or anything but their own desires, which are typically selfish and cruel. They set a high value on personal freedom, but do not have much regard for the lives or freedom of other people. Chaotic evil characters do not work well in groups because they resent being given orders and do not usually behave themselves unless there is no alternative.

This is literally Luna's behavior. Even when she thought she knew how to restore souls, she wasn't too concerned with the opinions of other characters. She wanted something, which meant they needed to be killed and bound to her forever.
