In my opinion, they could have come up with something more interesting than yet another long-bearded, gray-haired old man in a pointed hat.

Sometimes it's better to use clichés than to come up with all sorts of unoriginal, yet irritating, images. And I've always appreciated a healthy, not overly serious, kind of pathos.

Better an old man in a pointed hat than a fourth loli, a SHOUTING GUY, or a mix of a maid and a knight.

Street Fighter loves to insert its characters everywhere.

But there's nothing to insert... In my opinion, the most terrible character designs come from Japanese projects.

An irresistible urge to delve into Shadowverse cards, sort them by some criteria, etc., so another five minutes of autistic enjoyment, or which cards from Bahamut to promote to leaders. The main principle is that the character must be named, and not a faceless elf, professor, general, etc.

Instead of Arza, you can use Maahes, but in my opinion, Garuda fulfills the requirement for furry leaders.

Quite obvious, despite the wealth of options, these two just stand out.

Instead of Anya, you could use Dashka, but I'm pairing Anya with the Dovahkiin.

Instead of the Dovahkiin, you could use Eifa, no, you can't use Eifa, the Dovahkiin is the best, and I'm pairing her with Anya.

Khawi is the best husbando in Shadowcraft, even though he doesn't have the best artwork (and why is he shaving his armpits? O_O I have nothing against it, but... o_O).

Instead of Yurza, you could use that guy with the ward and mice, but Yurza is the most hardcore card in Bloodcraft.

There aren't many options.
