I was not among the participants in this event, and my opinion is based only on what I read in this and related threads. I voted to "remove Redwait," but I would like to clarify that, in my opinion, Zhenya should resign from his position in this situation if he wants to remain in the Arbitration Committee – this is up to his conscience. What surprised me most was the attitude of some people towards this situation, people whose integrity I had not previously doubted. Yes, everyone has flaws, and all the participants in the incident can be understood, but justifying them? I hope they are doing so solely out of a desire to protect their friends and not because they believe they are right. I would like to believe that this is the last such situation at these events, especially those that are loudly called the "CIS Championship." And friends, allow me to say that it is not worth resorting to aggression; the community is already small, and we should value those who still play Heroes 3 at a high level and not let them fade away.

What gets measured gets managed. You can't control the outcome of a match, just like you can't control a conversation in a smoking room.
So, the question is - how do you make people want to win every match?

I'm just trying to put myself in both their shoes and can't imagine that I would think to buy or sell a victory in the most prestigious tournament™.
