[POLL] Who is to blame, and what should be done?

I would like to explain my perspective on a couple of points for which I voted. I was not among the participants in this event, and my opinion is based solely on what I read in this and related threads. I voted for "ousting Redwait," but I would like to clarify that, from my point of view, Zhenya should resign from his position in such a situation if he wants to remain in the administration – this is a matter of his conscience. What surprised me most was the attitude of some people towards this situation, people whose integrity I had not previously doubted. Yes, everyone has flaws, and all the participants in the incident can be understood, but justifying them? I hope this is done solely out of a desire to protect friends and not because they believe they are right. I would like to believe that this is the last such situation at these events, especially those that are grandly called the "CIS Championship." And friends, allow me to point out that it is not worth resorting to aggression; the community is already small, and we should value those who still play Heroes 3 at a high level and not let them fade away.
