This might be due to changes in the timer's operation that were implemented specifically in 4.0 RC11. I'll revert this; hopefully, the situation will improve.

2) The time to load a save and transfer a turn has significantly increased after switching to HD 4.0. Is this happening to everyone?

This is very strange.
In the original version and before 4.0, a turn was transferred as follows:
1) The previously saved service save (for the beginning of the day) was read from the disk. 2) A service save for the end of the day was written to the disk.
3) The save written in 2) was read.
4) 1) and 2) were compared, and the difference was written to the disk.
5) The difference was read from the disk and transmitted over the network.
In 4.0, nothing is written to or read from the disk during turn transfer; everything is done in RAM. So, the speed should actually increase.

Nothing has changed in the save loading process.

We just played simultaneous turns with dread1 on Jebus. ... We load the autosave, and his heroes are in the wrong place.

I also saw on a stream today that heroes were changing position during hotseat mode.
I've figured out what's going on, and it will be fixed soon.

Today, we played against OX, and there was an interesting bug on map 112 – the hero who moved last ended up in the castle with his entire army, and disappeared after viewing the turn. Also, the auto-save doesn't work for blue. What will happen if a disconnect occurs during their turn? This could lead to a major argument. Is there a way to resolve this?

What does it mean during his turn? The blue player doesn't have a separate "his turn" while simultaneous turns are in progress.

Problem with the Heroes of Might and Magic Online mode. The blue player is kicked out when transitioning to the next day. This happens both when starting a new game with Heroes of Might and Magic Online and when loading a save file with Heroes of Might and Magic Online. Without Heroes of Might and Magic Online, everything works fine. The problem is not limited to this save file; it occurs with any attempt to play with Heroes of Might and Magic Online. Using the latest RC20 launcher.

Today, we're already playing with the second opponent, and we're having trouble with the timer (we set it to chess mode). It constantly "jumps," sometimes showing 1000+ hours, and other times reducing the time. When making a move on the map, it shows one time, but when entering a battle, it changes it, but not by a minute and a half, but by 20-30 minutes:(
Has anyone else encountered this?

Found a small bug; it didn't seem to exist before the HD mod updates, but it appeared in the latest versions. If a red player scouts a territory and then clicks "View Turn" at the end of their turn, they can see how the opponent's or computer's heroes moved across that scouted territory.

It will be a fun tournament.

HD 4.0 RC3: The timer cannot be configured; it keeps resetting itself in the settings. For example, if I set it to 21+8+1.15, after starting the game, the timer in the settings is 00+21+8, which essentially makes it infinite.

When attempting to load games, the folders containing save files for individual games are missing. That is, only the save files that were in the root directory are displayed in the list. However, these folders are created within the game's folder, and save files are being generated there. But the game itself cannot load them (it simply doesn't see these folders). It's only possible to load them if you manually copy the save file to the root directory. What should I do?

I updated through the corresponding button in the launcher, and after the installation, it says RC3. So, the question is, why does it update to the outdated RC3 version when, as I saw, RC30 is already available :confused:.

3.8+ only updates to 4.0 RC3.
4.0 RC3 updates to the latest RC30.
