Thank you! I completed the prologue; the story is interesting. I played on veteran difficulty and struggled for a long time to defeat the undead guarding the portal to the rune. Then I remembered that I had a cloak, upgraded Darkness to the maximum, and easily defeated the undead. The map is excellent, there are no bugs, everything is working properly, and the story is interesting.
I started the campaign; in the second mission, the upgrade in the Fortress to green units only works if you already have upgraded units. That is, the most ordinary peasants are not upgraded. Is this intentional?

In the "Ambassador" map, I ran to the mentor and changed skills and abilities about 3 times.

I started the campaign, and in mission 2, upgrading to green units in the Fortress only works if you already have upgraded units. Does this mean that regular peasants won't be upgraded, and is that how it's supposed to be?
Yes, that’s how it’s designed, to encourage players to build upgraded structures in the city.
Hello, I'm experiencing crashes in the campaign on the second mission. As soon as I upgrade my troops to green, after 2-3 days, the game crashes when loading.
If you followed the instructions, crashes shouldn't depend on when the units were upgraded. I agree, the NCF mod is less stable than the original. Have you tried loading the map multiple times? Version 3.1?
