I'll check. When the game was released, it sometimes happened that if I clicked "repeat" several times, it would eventually save. But now, no matter how many times I click, it doesn't work.
Updated both clients to version 2.1.1 – it didn’t help, but on the second computer, the 4th mission in “Shades of Darkness” opened, whereas before it was the beginning of the 3rd mission. But in this 4th mission, the hero starts from scratch – it’s impossible to play. On the first computer, the 4th mission started normally with a leveled-up hero and a companion. And so, the first one doesn’t synchronize, the second one synchronizes as before.
And after three days of inactivity, the second computer also stopped synchronizing, just like the first.
Now, there’s a synchronization error in both clients.
The difference in saves in the 4th mission is understandable. Different hero level. But how do I link the game to the correct saves?
By the way, regarding saving games both in the cloud and on the hard drive – on that computer where there was no cloud synchronization, I completely deleted the profile and reinstalled the client in a different directory – and here’s a miracle, all the saves that supposedly didn’t synchronize remained!
Either they are somewhere deep within drive C or they were retrieved from the cloud.
The second computer "came back to life," and synchronization with the cloud has been restored.
I deleted all saves from it and am now only playing on the first computer.
Hopefully, the synchronization will stabilize and start saving to the cloud.
I've been struggling with this for two days. I have both the physical (collector's) version and the digital Steam edition. The problem is that the Steam version works, but the physical version doesn't (either it doesn't sync saves, or somehow the Steam saves are being applied to the physical version in Uplay, and now Uplay won't connect at all). I've made almost complete progress in the physical version, and more than half of the Dynasty weapons have been upgraded to level 5. In short, it's a nightmare, and I don't know what to do.
How do I reset the client (I want to replay the game from the beginning with a fresh start) while keeping my account?
You cannot reset the Dynasty.Ruslan Meshcheryakov

Try deleting both versions of the game and installing only the physical version. Most likely, you have the collector's edition from "Buki," and the Dynasty and saves from the Buki and Steam versions are not compatible.
Try uninstalling both versions of the game and installing only the disc version. Most likely, you have the collector's edition from "Buki," and the dynasties and saves from the Buki and Steam versions are not compatible.
It didn't help! Considering that the Steam version is not installed on this computer (I bought it just for my laptop)
I'm already annoyed! I just want to play, but I can't:( and Ubisoft support isn't responding (it's been almost 3 days).
Technical Support finally responded to me.
First, they asked me to send them the dxdiag.txt and msinfo32.txt files.
And the next day, they sent me this:
Thank you for providing the information. Please follow these recommendations:

6. Emulation programs, such as (Cyberlink, Alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools or Nero) can also cause conflicts with the game.
You need to disable or remove these programs when launching the game.
7. Install all available updates for the OS through the Windows Control Panel > Windows Update.
8. Disable all unnecessary USB devices for the game.
9. Disable your second monitor.

I didn't change the video drivers because they were already the latest, and I didn't disable the USB devices, but I did everything else, and voila, it all worked.
Hello everyone, can you advise me on what to do in this situation? The Uplay launcher isn't working... close the program. But everything doesn't return to normal; I have to restart it, and it's a never-ending cycle.
A miracle has happened. I used Heroes on two computers where I had the synchronization issues in the cloud as described above.
I installed Heroes on a brand new computer, of course with my own account, and here's the miracle: the saves from the last computer I played on were loaded. And then they loaded without any problems on both other computers.
It seems that the problem was considered in technical support based on the game error reports that were sent. I don't think the new computer is the reason. I thought that very old saves would be loaded onto it. But no!
This is the second time this has happened; the first time was with the problem of the game not launching in Uplay, and then the problem suddenly disappeared.
Respect! What more can I say?
