That leaves $40. $40 * 45 = $1800 per day for three meals for 45 people and the rental of the hall. Subtract the cost of meals and you get $25 * 45 = $1025 (and I've even overestimated the cost of meals: in reality, few people eat more than twice, especially grilled meat and other things...). $1025 (by the way, the dollar has become more expensive) for the rental of the hall per day.

I've been looking at the price levels in Minsk. Transportation, housing, etc.: everything is significantly cheaper than in Yekaterinburg.

Regarding the lilac room and the conference room, I discussed it right away – they offered it at almost the same price as the current conference hall, but with terrible internet, at best 2MB. Basically, we were able to agree on the current conditions only because we will be occupying the entire building. In general, we would have to incur some costs for "a certain room for games" anyway. Let's assume (taking the minimum), it would be $5 per person. Thus, for 6 days, we get: (15-5)*6 = $60 for much more comfortable conditions. I don't think this is a critical amount for anyone. In case of "not enough participants," the prepayment, which I will make next week, will cover it. No matter how many people come, that's how much I'll lose. I believe that holding the main championship of the year in a cafeteria is unacceptable; it's better to pay a little more and have everything be solid and professional. Also, when I said "100 participants, 50 spectators," I was referring to a hall. Now, it's already included in the $60/day. Therefore, the fees will be much lower.
