CIS-2014 in Minsk.

I've been looking at the price levels in Minsk. Transportation, housing, etc.: everything is significantly cheaper than in Yekaterinburg.
At CIS-2012, the price was around $30-35 per day, including meals and 24-hour hall rental (yes, the hall was only 55 square meters, but it was more than enough for the number of participants and guests). In the two years since, the price levels at the same resort have not changed.
I think that the administration, under the guise of saying that it's cheaper for Belarusians, is actually inflating the prices for foreign tourists.
