Regarding the lilac room and the conference room, I discussed it right away – they offered it at almost the same price as the current conference hall, but with terrible internet, at best 2MB. In case of "not enough participants," the prepayment, which I will make next week, will cover it. No matter how many people come, that's how much I'll lose. I believe that holding the main championship of the year in a cafeteria is unacceptable; it's better to pay a little more and have everything be solid and professional. Also, when I said "100 participants, 50 spectators," I was referring to a hall. Now, it's already included in the $60/day. Therefore, the fees will be much lower. Exactly how much, I will be able to say after compiling the overall budget. Approximately, it will be 60/30 (participants/spectators) for the "Odessa" event. p.s. It's cheaper to live and eat in Egypt than here, which everyone who has been there knows well. You can buy a one-room apartment there for $10-12,000. This is irrelevant.
