There was a case where a restart was done due to such a bug at the end of the 2nd week - on 8mm6, a player took the compass, broke through to the corner treasure and discovered that the road doesn't lead any further, and one of the central zones was inaccessible.

1) A large piece of water is visible.
2) One of the compasses is missing.
3) There are non-working teleports.
4) The road network is broken into 2 parts without connections between them.

And regarding the restarts, guys, you really have too many restarts... and I took advantage of that because you all restarted, and it was unfair... so much time is wasted on restarts, it's crazy... I don't understand how you can play like that.
I'm used to 1 restart up to 113 in case of a very weak hand, or a buggy generation (buggy generation has always been considered a subjective restart according to WCL and Bulgaria), and that's fine... according to tournament rules, there are no humanitarian restarts for this... this is a tournament... but if the game is for fun, then why not... but it's up to you, in my opinion, it's a waste of time on these stupid restarts.

I think you need to be able to play any hand.

I can handle the logistical and organizational issues outside the tournament itself: club, accommodation, meals, cultural program, coordination, etc. Experienced organizers should handle the tournament issues: inviting players, possibly holding some kind of selection or something similar; developing the tournament regulations, brackets, format, etc. If the idea generates interest, we will organize everything at the highest level.

Didn't Pete win the CIS tournament? It was just a regular club tournament in Moscow. The CIS tournament will be in Odessa this year.

The Moscow tournament on "CIS" probably doesn't qualify as a major one. But there's a significant difference compared to the "CIS" tournament in Odessa. It features SOD and VT. In the future, if tournaments for SOD continue, this could develop into two good tournaments. Whether it's "CIS" or not.

No, that's not how it works. The CIS version is determined by the players themselves. Why do 70% of the players at the CIS tournament use Warlord Tactics? If they were fans of SOD, it would be SOD. The tournament isn't tied to a specific version.
