Two months have passed since the end of the tournament. Let's wait another week. If Matrosov can't finish the game, he said he was sick - then we'll award the win.

Noom had the save. I ask him to send the save with the postponed game to Pit for the award after March 8th. I believe that no one will be offended by this decision; everyone agreed to the judging, and the winners received their prizes.
