Отдай свои прошлые сны, В сомненьях себя обрети, В бешеном танце душа кружится! Не думай, что будет потом, Здесь и сейчас мы живем, Стань хоть на миг сам собой, слышишь!
The system barely works with any removable storage devices. Any flash drive causes the system to freeze, and it freezes along with it. When you remove it, it's extremely hot, so some kind of error is occurring. It might be viruses. Can anyone offer some advice? Reinstalling the system is highly undesirable because it's not a personal computer.

I check for suspected viruses on the Kaspersky Lab fan club forum. Helpers review the logs generated by the utilities, and if a virus is detected, they advise on what to clean up.

Is there a way to restrict access to a network folder by IP address in Windows 2003 Server? I read online that you need to close ports in the firewall and add them to its exceptions for computers with the required IP addresses, and that there are no other ways to do this. Is this true, or is there another method?
Всё не так плохо как Вы думаете. Всё намного хуже!
Maybe someone can suggest what to do. I installed the English version of NWN 2 and patched it to version 1.23 using the updater. Previously, the unpatched game would launch. Now, I get the message: "Entry point AIL_set-3D_sample_distances@12 could not be found in the DLL mss32.dll." I updated DirectX to the latest version for Windows XP SP3 (9.0c).
PS/I solved the problem by reinstalling the game on a second hard drive.
