Problems I encountered:
1. Blinking cursor, nothing helps to fix it, I changed settings, applied a patch, updated drivers.
2. The script didn't work in the first mission in the Undead Campaign. In the task where you need to activate the burial sites, after activating 3 of them (under the city, near the exit from the dungeon, center-bottom on the map), it says "visited," but it's not counted in the task.
3. Character dialogues are periodically interrupted (I mean the voice acting).
4. After the patch (downloaded automatically through the Ubisoft launcher), the names of the added maps are in English.
5. When creating a hero in Dynasty, you cannot use the Russian font.

In general, I hope that these problems will be solved with the next patch.

I solved all my problems (the launcher wouldn't start, the cursor was flickering) by reinstalling the system. That's what I wish and advise you to do.

We bought a licensed version of the new Heroes. We installed it completely, registered where necessary. I click Play! A small window pops up, the screen turns black, and then it returns to the desktop and hangs. I tried installing the patch that was suggested here. The laptop is modern, in good condition, and not cluttered!
Help, what should I do??? I really want to play, but it won't open! We're already tired!

A rather silly problem has arisen. Somehow, the controls have changed, and now I have to hold down the mouse wheel to move the screen. The game doesn't respond to moving the mouse to the edge of the screen.
It's still playable, but it's quite inconvenient. Has anyone else encountered this problem? How do I restore the controls?

I would advise you to wait for patches and install demo drivers for your video card.

Are demo drivers the ones that are already available for the licensed version? Patch 1.1, or whatever it's called?

It still doesn't work...
I downloaded this patch, extracted it to the game folder, and now Windows immediately displays "The program has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working" after launching, and that's it (((

I figured it out: I downloaded the patch for DirectX 10 - Windows no longer complains, but the game still doesn't launch, just like before installing the patch :( That's a bummer.

Could you please advise? I bought the collector's edition, and the box contains two keys. I activated the game with the first key, and with the second, I unlocked the exclusive content – I have both the heroes and the weapon, and the map. But how do I "Unlock the downloadable content," and what does it look like? I tried entering both keys, but it says they have already been activated. Or is this all I'm entitled to? If so, it's disappointing, considering I bought the collector's edition. :( :smile05:

P.S.S. Has the issue with the flashing cursor been resolved yet? It's already flashing in the main menu. I haven't even started playing, and it's already annoying! :mad:

Then what is the purpose of the menu item "Unlock downloadable content"?
