We bought a licensed version of the new Heroes game. We installed it completely and registered where necessary. I click "Play!" and a small window pops up, the screen turns black, and then it returns to the desktop and just hangs there. I tried installing the patch that was suggested here. The laptop is modern, in good condition, and not cluttered!
Help, what should I do??? I really want to play, but it won't open! We're already tired of this!
