I think that reinstalling Windows just to install a game is not normal. So now, should we reinstall the OS every time we buy a game?
Yes, it's certainly not pleasant, but all the problems stem from the broken Ubisoft launcher. If users were honest, they wouldn't encounter this problem. Of course, there are other ways, you can clean the registry, carefully remove the launcher, but for some, it's easier to reinstall the system. Moreover, problems can also arise due to the system itself being poorly maintained, when users forget to take care of it. Although, what am I telling you, I think you already know all this. :smile01:

We bought a licensed version of the new Heroes. We installed it completely, registered where necessary. I click Play! A small window pops up, the screen turns black, and then it returns to the desktop and hangs. I tried installing the patch that was suggested here. The laptop is modern, in good condition, and not cluttered! Help, what should I do??? I really want to play, but it won't open! We're already tired!
I can advise you to wait for patches and install demo drivers for your video card.
