We bought a licensed version of the new Heroes. We installed it completely, registered where necessary. I click Play! A small window pops up, the screen turns black, and then it returns to the desktop and hangs. I tried installing the patch that was suggested here. The laptop is modern, in good condition, and not cluttered!

I can advise you to wait for patches and install demo drivers for your video card.
