Or, judging by the known units, we could make Seraphim the champions (this is what I would like).

Here's another interesting idea: an angel rider!
There's no way a simple warrior can be stronger than an angel!
So, you're implying that a simple supernatural creature, equivalent to a demon of average strength, can't be weaker than someone else?
Shouldn't they be stronger than ordinary mortals?
Shouldn't they be stronger than ordinary mortals?
By the way, where did you get the idea that the strength of an angel is equal to the average strength of a demon? In "Heroes 5" (and "Heroes 3" as well), angels are the opposite of demons, not all demons in general; they are even stronger than devils.
Just a simple supernatural being :D... Are you talking about angels? I'm saying they are God's helpers, shouldn't they be stronger than ordinary mortals? But that's just my opinion. And again, we just need to wait for the official statement from the developers.

Angels are essentially "ordinary mortals" in the game. Yes, they are physically stronger and larger than humans, and possess a few magical properties, but that's it.
However, this doesn't mean that a human alone is incapable of defeating an angel.
We are talking about the game, not the real world. Anything is possible there. For example, I don't understand how a griffin can be weaker than a monk in Heroes 5?
The loyal angel is a close associate of Elrath, so it's worth considering whether they are simple or complex immortals!
