Just a simple supernatural being :D... Are you talking about angels? I'm saying they are God's helpers, shouldn't they be stronger than ordinary mortals? But that's just my opinion. And again, we just need to wait for the official statement from the developers.

By the way, where did you get the idea that an angel's strength is equal to the average strength of a demon? In "Heroes 5" (and "3" as well), angels are the opposite of devils, not all demons at once, they are even stronger than devils :).
