In my opinion, having a "Champion of Champions" title should simply indicate that there was cheating, and whether or not to play against them should be a personal decision for everyone... After all, it could be that someone is given a "Champion of Champions" title, but someone disagrees with the Arbitration Committee's decision and wants to play against them for rating. I think that the decision to play or not, to include them in the tournament or not, should ultimately be up to each individual, regardless of the "Champion of Champions" title.

Because even without it, you can simply not include them in tournaments, not protect rating games, and consider tournaments where they participate to be invalid. I'm against it... In my opinion, it's purely informational. You could, of course, prohibit "Champion of Champions" title holders from playing against each other so they don't inflate their rating.

The presence of a WMP, IMHO, should simply indicate that there was cheating, but everyone should decide for themselves whether to play or not... After all, it could also happen that someone is given a WMP, and someone else disagrees with the AC's decision and wants to play them for rating. Option 1: Some player with a Cheat Mod (CM) registers for a tournament. I (or another player) also want to participate in this tournament. What should I do?

Option 2: Player A plays in the playoffs of a tournament against Player B. Player B blatantly cheats during the game (obvious maphack and proven save file tampering) and wins. Player A appeals to the tournament organizer, but he is unyielding – even if Player B is given a CM, Player A will be eliminated from the tournament.

I don't quite understand. If a player who has already received a warning and is participating in a tournament cheats, they will probably receive another warning, and the technical victory will be awarded to their opponent, and they will most likely be disqualified from the tournament.
