Poll regarding changes to the AK regulations.

I don't quite understand. If a player who has already received a warning and is participating in a tournament cheats, they will probably receive another warning, and the technical victory will be awarded to their opponent, and they will most likely be disqualified from the tournament.

The player didn't have a warning before this. But in the playoff game, they clearly earned it, winning with numerous signs of maphacking and clear evidence of save file tampering. However, the organizer is showing inflexibility and firmness where it's not really necessary. Wouldn't it be frustrating for the opponent to be eliminated from the tournament?
