After the intensified clan building on our portal, some negative aspects of these actions became apparent. We started arguing with each other, quarreling, and getting offended. Clan affiliation is replacing personal friendship. Therefore, I propose creating an extra-clan, informal association based on the principles of honor and friendship.
The Manifesto of the Heroic International
1 - The Heroic International (HI) is an extra-clan association of portal users.
2 - HI is an unofficial association that does not aim to create another clan.
3 - HI is not built on a clan, racial, or any other differentiating basis, but exclusively on the principle of personal friendship and mutual respect.
4 - The main goal of HI is to maintain good relations between all users and resolve any conflicts between them.
5 - To join HI, you do not need to leave your clan, you do not need to renounce its charter, slogans, and so on. All that is needed is a conscious decision from any user.
6 - The only condition for HI members is honesty towards each other, mutual respect, and a desire to resolve all issues peacefully.
7 - If HI members play against each other, fulfilling their obligations to the clan, they should not turn the duel into a battle, but treat it as a friendly game.
8 - All those who join HI and sign this manifesto undertake additional moral and ethical obligations, expressed in tolerance and respect for everyone, even those not in HI.
9 - As punitive sanctions, HI uses the Wall of Shame, where users will be placed for violating the portal rules, with an indication of the reason.
10 - If a user constantly ignores notifications from HI (on the Wall of Shame), HI has the right to contact the coordinator or Creator with a request to apply sanctions to that user.
11 - The manifesto will be supplemented as proposals from HI members are received.

Leshy, I will always be with you, no matter what happens, but wouldn't it be better to create a committee that interacts with the clans? I will always support any of your ideas. I am confident in you. But clans already exist, and there's nothing we can do about that. Of course, many will join, but disagreements and conflicts will remain. They will remain simply because there are championships and competitions. They existed before, but no one paid attention to them, and now that there are clans, everyone refers to them. To prevent this idea from failing, I'm with you.
сначала надо разобраться, а потом критику наводить
Thank you all for your support. I propose creating a guild as an alternative to all the official organizations. Of course, a coordinating body is good, but it's all official. And there is less and less simple friendly communication. I'm for clans, for inter-clan tournaments, but against animosity and hostility. You can compete against each other in a tournament, but still remain friends and play fairly.
Lesha, as you understand, I am definitely FOR it!!! (and thank you for the idea... you're a genius!!!) ;)
Если тебе не везёт в жизни, - играй в какую-нибудь другую игру:rolleyes: Лидер клана "Из многих единое" Приключения – это сплошные неприятности, только про них почему-то потом интересно вспоминать...
I agree.
However, something else is unsettling. As a former political strategist, this reminds me of drafting agreements for "fair elections." Everyone initially agrees enthusiastically, but what happens afterward?
It's necessary to clearly state that the people signing this agreement are taking on obligations that are somewhat higher than those of ordinary users, and that violations will be punished more severely than for others!
I think everyone will agree with this, at least those who plan to stay in this portal for a long time.
Personally, I see PEACE in this Manifesto, and I will always be for peace in all its forms. Therefore, I am FOR... for PEACE!
As for responsibility, it should definitely be personal. But in this context, it would be better to also define it as a COLLECTIVE property. Membership in clans will divide us, but the Guild should unite us at a HIGHER LEVEL, based primarily on moral and ethical considerations. And RESPONSIBILITY should also be both INDIVIDUAL and COLLECTIVE. This will lead to the fact that each of us will think twice before engaging in INAPPROPRIATE behavior towards their fellow forum member, as it may backfire on them, if not from everyone, then from MANY forum members.
And one more thing: We should be more tolerant of newcomers, regardless of whether they are members of a Guild or not! Those who have just joined are not familiar with the forum and do not know all its UNWRITTEN rules and laws, so their actions may seem "wrong"!
Peace should rule the world, And it should also be on our forum!
Как много в жизни есть путей Для добродетелей и мира.
I think this is an idea to bring us all back to the right path... Before we were all divided into Clans, we were all one.... We "rooted" for each other and rejoiced in the victories of our "fellow forum members"
now we have split into Clans... ... I don't know, but I think many have already become disillusioned with this idea.
But we are all people of our word, and we try to defend the "clan" righteousness....
In my opinion, this manifesto is a kind of voice of peace in our forum.... PEOPLE... PLAYERS and GAMERS... think it over... we are all one team... and let's never forget that....
everything else is just trifles and nuances...
Think about it - what is more important to you: clan intrigues or a good game.....
I think the majority of players will support this manifesto, and I hope that this manifesto becomes a point of interaction and pacification for all own disagreements and global contradictions...

I agree! I think that after the creation of the "GI" (Guild Initiative), we won't even need the Inter-Clan Council anymore!:)
Still, I believe that the League of Laws is still needed. Firstly, it should regulate the relations between clans and organize inter-clan competitions. Secondly, not all members of the clans may be included in the GI, and therefore they may not agree with its proposals.

I agree. But something else worries me. As a former political strategist, this reminds me of drafting agreements for "fair elections." At first, everyone enthusiastically agrees, but what happens next? We need to somehow make it clear that the people who sign this take on obligations that are somewhat higher than ordinary users, and that violations will be punished more severely!
Of course, we can state that those who sign the Manifesto and violate it may be subject to punishment. But for this, we need: 1 - to create an Executive Committee of the GI that makes such decisions; 2 - to agree with the admin to apply such sanctions. All this will lead to the GI turning into just another clan, only at a higher level. But I would like those who join it to voluntarily bear the obligations stated in the Manifesto.
