There was a mistake with the table. I'm not an organizer, and I didn't check the second post for results, as Pasha requested. Pasha was counting on me, and I was counting on him. I apologize; I've updated it.
A total of 36 matches should be played. Currently, there are 19 results. There are 17 matches left. Moreover, LeBron, Mizrael, and Pit for LM owe 15 matches between them. Everyone else has played almost all their matches against each other. You need to catch up, gentlemen!
Interestingly, 12 out of 19 matches were won by the blue side. There were 11 matches played on 2sm4d(3), 3 on 8mm6 and 8mm6a (all three with Piterius's participation), 2 on balance and panic, and 1 on mini-nostalgia.
Pit for LM (blue, Dungeon, Shakti, Shakti) def Wlk777 (red, Fortress, Wystan, Tazar), panic, 132. After the 113 restart, the opponent started. Near the castle, 2 Conservatories are immediately visible, a prison behind ogres, several piles of gold, took a shield +4. Troglodytes as standard: 110+. 112 - Ingissa level 5 with basic Treasury and fast fairies for speed. 113 - from the lookout tower I see a second prison, a passage to the secondary area behind Abyss demons, there's gold, I play. 114 - Dragon freed. 115 - broke through to the secondary area. 116 - bought a spell book there. 117 - running to the stable, found an external market, built Manticore and Citadel + mushrooms. 121 - break into the capital, run to the Conservatories through a chapel with Blessing. 123 - +2 angels. 124 - Dwarf storage for 10 (. External dwelling Evil Eyes. 125 - +1 angel (. Passed the army to Ignissa, she takes the Inferno village on the snow through the portal, the road ends there, but there are gloves. Shakti breaks into the Necro village and runs to attack along another road. 126 - Inferno village. 127 - opponent's Rampart village. 131 - brought up what gold sufficed for, and sat in the opponent's Necro village. On his turn (132), Tazar attacks: Tazar (3, 10, 2, 6 (60)), expert Defense, Logistics, advanced Earth, Attack, basic Wisdom, 63 Lizard Warriors, 7 Wyvern Monarchs, 10 Greater Basilisks, 19 Gorgons, 1+1+1 Serpent Flies; Shakti (6, 8, 4, 5 (50)), expert Tactics, Attack, Fire, advanced Artillery, 50 Evil Eyes, 228 Infernal Troglodytes, 7 Manticores, 4 Harpy Hags, 1 Troglodyte, 3 angels, Ballista. The damn stack, as usual, decides the outcome. Lucky that Tazar didn't have Mass Earth (there was also a ring for duration, so low Spell Power didn't interfere much), otherwise it could have ended not so well. As it was - Mass Curse, Mass Bloodlust, a couple of well-timed Hastes/Slows - the Troglodytes reach them and kill everyone. Thank you for the game.
It happened. I didn't sleep all night, worrying about that idiotic mistake :( - a couple of turns before the Final Battle, I took Wisdom - here, automatism and the habit of doing everything quickly let me down. I thought for half a second that it was level 12, and the next time I'd get Wisdom at level 18. I should have thought for another second that Wisdom wasn't really needed, I needed to boost offense and, most importantly, Earth magic... The situation was roughly equal, but this stupid mistake didn't allow me to achieve a honorable victory over a strong opponent . Thank you for the game.
We used all restarts, started: at the respawn there was an external dwelling of lizards, a couple of Naga Banks and a Crypt. Very little money, and I also paid 3k for Brogh at the auction, so for the entire first week I took loans from the bank for small expenses (here a couple of hundred short, there :)). Thanks to the overview, I oriented myself on which of the two passages to go to the native computer; along the way I broke a couple of Dwarf Cottages, the first was min, and the second one had 20, so I had to buy extra meat - 3 bulls. Week result: Wyverns + bulls in the castle, I urgently run to kill the computer at the start of the second week, and it has as many as 3 Griffin Conservatories at its spawn. On day 122, papa is standing a day's march from the computer, and it puts both heroes in the castle without a citadel and upgraded Archers - I squashed them without any problems the next day. I build stables (although there are external ones nearby), stock papa up with a spellbook, run to the first Griffin Conservatory. 3-4 with an upgrade... and part of the power stack hits the Scouts' money, I didn't go for it, and it's also risky to barge in there with just a basic Haste, I cleared the horde of Earth Elementals for experience, at least it gave me level 2. I finished off the rest on the guards of two other cons, brought meat and broke two treshkas in a row, the power stack immediately into action - Scouts hit the Medusa Nests and other money. The third Griffin Conservatory turned out to be max, I built the last bull with the spare coins... I felt sorry for the lizards and hid them in my pocket behind two stacks of angels; as a result, without mana, I took down two feathered ones -2+4:D, but I completely forgot about the Wyvern in the reserve stack . I started the third week with stables, immediately a break home, Naga Bank + Cyclops Stockpile and off to the second passage. Along the way, speed booster, Dragon Fly Hives, and papa rushes into the distance on angels and with Wyverns in reserve (already Expert Explorer + stables), while the Scouts on Flies barely keep up to drag the chain behind him. I gobbled up several Dragon Fly Hives along the way, and Brogh finds a Dragon Utopia through scouting - I hit it, it's min; useful stuff is only money, angels in the castle. I broke through several portals and a subway to the pink computer; on day 137 I sped up papa in a village, and right next to me are 2 Dragon Utopias... The chains are in place (although I already have more than enough Wyverns), on day 141 the computer was 1 step short of breaking the chain, for which it was killed by the creature growth from home, and papa broke the first Dragon Utopia - 5th-level Hat and Shackles of War. Day 142 - Shakti appeared, clearly with control, he popped out right in the center of the chain; I'm frantically building a Mage Guild in the castle for Town Portal, but then I realize it's pointless: papa still has basic Wisdom, and the prepared Mage with Fire Magic hasn't advanced him yet; I break Dragon Utopia number three - again only money (КЗ with the 5th-level Hat is especially irrelevant without Earth Magic) and I sit Brogh down to replenish mana. Day 143 - Shakti goes straight towards papa, breaking a Naga Bank and a Pandora's Box of Griffins along the way... I try to level up the noob's Fire Magic to try to fish for Town Portal in both castles and use it to drag the angels from the castle (the computer did break the chain with another hero), but Fire Magic isn't given... I check Shakti for speed, unit upgrades, and mana with a Scout: Wyverns and angels are low rank, only 200+ Troglodytes with two Bananas are dangerous, mana 76... I thought the 4-spell Hat or the Sacrifice Hood (Brogh had Fire Magic) would be better to have Resurrection handy; I decided Sacrifice was better, and Armageddon could also decide things, but it turned out a bit easier. I put on the Shackles and Fly: Shakti is slightly thicker in stats, but has less meat - 4 angels, 40+ Wyverns, 250 Troglodytes, a stack of Eyes, and Griffins from the Pandora's Box. Brogh has 8 angels rank 5, 40+ Wyverns rank 5, a hundred lizards with 2 Bananas, and 110 mana. Neither of us casts anything, waiting for the opponent's cast, but I have the speed advantage, and in the end Brogh leaves Shakti without a cast on his Wait in the first round by blinding the angels. In the second round, the retaliation from the Troglodytes is removed with a Fly, and adding an Implosion, the angels and the main Fly stack cut them down to 60+. When all stacks were trimmed except the Wyverns (I purposefully didn't touch them), I cast Blind, bring the lizards in for a direct shot, Haste on the lizards, and we pile on together, and the Wyverns with +1 speed against the opponent's Wyverns allow for another Blind on the stack. In 2-3 rounds, the entire Wyvern stack was killed, and Shakti couldn't do anything about it. Thanks for the game.
I confirm. It wasn't aggression that led me to the blue's controlled territory, but the search for something tasty. They didn't give me the center, so after the Dragon Utopia on day 132 with two hats, I started jumping wherever my eyes led in search of Dragon Utopias and power. I racked up 40 ducks, but the tavern showed that the red's army was stronger, so I headed home, and that's exactly when I was caught one jump away from the creature growth and mana doubling. I looked at the layout from that side - just a song: 3 Griffin Conservatories at the computer, Hives and Dragon Utopias along the path, and on top of that, I showed up all nice and warm :). Thanks for the game! saves
Pit for LM (blue, Castle, Valeska, Damacon) def Piterius (red, Fortress, Tazar, Tazar), 2sm4d(3), 132.
The opponent immediately took 2 restarts.
111 - we have a utopia, a stable by the road, 28 archers, and Damacon, which is good. 112 - a hive, but behind fanatics. Armor +3 for fairies.
113 - I see a secondary Conflux behind fire mages. Lots of money, Damacon turns into an excellent mage, movement on the road - I'm playing with the expectation of meeting in the beginning of week 2. 114 - Conflux taken. Until the end of the week, I earn gold for knights in the stronghold + a full purchase from the GM and a book on 121. Damacon learned Air Magic and Leadership.
121 - through mages and a portal, I go to my native secondary town. 122 - there's an ambush of archers. 123 - Tazar, as expected, is here with a small army. I drive him away, Orrin with his army buys himself out (although he should have almost died, but I messed up). It's not interesting anymore. By 126, I reached an empty swamp capital, then headed to the last secondary town, and on 132, Tazar died in the conservatory-maximized town.
Thank you for the game.
Pit for LM (blue, Castle, Valeska, Damacon) def Piterius (red, Fortress, Tazar, Tazar), 2sm4d(3), 132. The opponent immediately took 2 restarts. 111 - we have a utopia, a stable by the road, 28 archers and Damacon, okay. 112 - a hive, but behind the fanatics. Armor +3 behind the fairies. 113 - I see a Conflux secondary site behind the fire elementals. Lots of money, Damacon makes for an excellent mage, GO [Guard] via off-road - I'm playing expecting a meeting at the start of week 2. 114 - took Conflux. Until the end of the week, I recover gold for riders in the Stronghold + full buyout from GM and a book on 121. Damacon studied air and leadership. 121 - via mages and portal I get to my own secondary site. 122 - there is an archer cache. 123 - Tazar, as expected, is here with a small army. I drive him off, Orrin with an army pays his way out (although he should have almost died, but I messed up). It's not interesting after that. By 126 I reached the empty swamp capital, then headed for the last secondary site, and on 132 Tazar died in the max conservatory. Thanks for the game.
Yeah, looks like I lost on the restarts. Two roads - one has a pack of snipers, the other was blocked by utopia guards - a horde of water elementals. Had to go around via off-road for 4 days, where I hit a pack of liches. All first week I collected pennies, put a wyvern in the castle. In the second, I broke through to the grass, but was already met there. No hives, no cons, very little money, left the cows and flies at home, only one dead-end road to run to with nothing interesting. Thanks for your time.
Added after 15 hours 4 minutes Piterius (red, Castle, Turis, Turis) def Wlk777 (blue, Fortress, Alkin, Alkin), WT without experience and tax, 2sm4d(3), 223
Started without rests. I don't know what the opp had, my main argument is money, 8 heroes on 112, already 20k money on 114, resp is almost fully scouted, there are caches of peaks, marks, griffins and monks, 3 cons, two roads - GO and to the mud. The comp turned out to be a necromancer, Turka bought a book there. 122 terribly clumsily took the level 3 con with a graded unit, ashamed even to write - minus 4 horses, 123 level 2 con, 124 golden bow, 125 speed +1, 126 speed boots, no sight of passages to the treasury, so I run to the central borders of the resp, there is the metro and passage to the secondary site, the army splits and cleans up the remains, Tamika takes liches for 6 wyverns. On 127 Turka slowly heads to the stable awaiting transport and at the start of the third dives into the metro. I approach the blue secondary site, nearby is a con with broken guards, but I check anyway, level 2:). There was another one nearby, but I didn't notice the top, maybe for the better, Alkin was nearby and was stronger (just humming a song about 33 cows :)), I turn the horse toward the treasury - the lackey just scouted the passage. No pursuit, I calmly take everything that isn't nailed down, liches for 8 wyverns. 136 utopia level 3 - blue cap, shield +4all, earth book - I thought full control!, but damn, TP is in fire:(. 141 I emerge from the metro near my necromancer, refill mana and dive further. All remaining time I cleaned treasuries - mine and the opponent's. Blue on 146 took an empty house, sat there, bought out growth. Alkin shows 60 cows and nearly 50 ducks, impressive. On 212 I took the house back, cleaned the last treasury, took a horse cache and 2 more utopias, stats became quite decent, 217 Alkin is again at the borders - aiming for the capital. I just got 10 champions in pandora:D, I split and take the hit. Turis (lvl 24) 35-35-31-(300) tactics, off, diff, earth, air, leader, log, wisdom 12 archs, 39 ducks, 17+1 champion, 26 gr vamps, 34 monks, 146 marks Alkin (lvl 26) 15-24-29-(342) tactics, off, dif, earth, fire, scout, wisdom, training (still not forgotten for some reason). 2 angels, 47 wyvern-monarchs, 80 bulls, 27 basils, 32+1+1 flies Didn't realize at first where the hundred lizards were, turned out they stayed in a reserve stack, and Valentin didn't even look what was inside the pouch, so sure of victory :). First thing I cast rain on the catapult and whatever is nearby, and the cows nearby died. In response comes antimagic on the cows, waits, with archs I knock out stacks of flies and angels, blow up almost all ducks, in response I get an armageddon for 1300, oou. What's left to do - on that side are 70 cows, I have 7 archs, 7 champions, 22 ducks and 48 marks. While the opp was earthquaking, I raised some marks, antimagic'd them, then raised monks and started shooting cows. The gates stubbornly refused to give in and Alkin changed tactics - started resurrecting his monarchs and clashing with my archs and monks. Then I resurrected my ducks and champions, marks ran out of arrows just then, and there were still about 30 cows, I blew up the monarchs and went into melee. When a bit more than 10 cows remained, the opp blew up my champs and paid his way out. I have left 1 arch, 39 ducks, 15 monks and 50 marks. I buy out growth on 221 and run to finish him. After hesitating a bit, I brought 32 swordsmen and an army from caches, on 223 I attack the swamp castle and defeat the weakened forces of the opponent.
Thanks for the game!
And so, I ended this tournament on a high note, achieved nothing in it, but for the first time 4.5 points out of 8 I think is normal. In some games, where I should have lost, I won, in some vice versa, that's largely what makes this game interesting. Thanks to all participants for the games and communication and see you next time!

At first, I didn't understand where the hundred of lizards were; it turned out they were left in a reserve stack, and Valentin didn't even check what was inside the Castle, he was so confident in his victory :).
That's what happened. Regarding this phrase, I'll say that you have to be an idiot to be confident in victory when you're besieging an opponent's Castle with 35/35 attack/defense against your 14/20. He simply didn't check that the monster was in the Castle; he spent almost the entire turn looking at the Castle, and it seemed like there wasn't much going on there, and before that, there were only single units there. I would have thought twice before attacking, especially with only half of the possible mana. Then, it's strange that after three expert-level Earthquakes, there wasn't much visible damage to the Castle; apparently, these are new construction technologies :). I'll also note a couple of points: the monster is weak, and in each Utopia, there are powerful rewards (in the first, a blue artifact and a Knowledge Chest; in the other, +52 to the sum of parameters and a Library nearby, totaling +60, etc.). Frankly, it's unpleasant to hear from an opponent after the game that I didn't play correctly, that I "was messing around with cows" - I had 44 gold in the early third week, and I just didn't reach a couple of squares to the Turis that was encroaching on my territory; otherwise, the game would have ended around turn 132. Don't brag too much about quickly "devouring" the map when you have an extra 1400 MP compared to me and received a blue artifact in the very first Utopia. What can I do if I received about +20 to the sum of parameters from 8 relics in the Utopias, and it took 3-4 days to reach each Utopia with my speed. Thank you for the game.
Why go to every Dragon Utopia with the father, if a zero loser can take it with such power?
It doesn't matter who takes the Dragon Utopia; what matters is what they give you there. Near one of the Dragon Utopias, Alkin ate a Pandora's box with all the fire; they could have given something useful near another one.
It's even more important to reach your opponent before they get too strong. That's why rushing with low-tier units is practiced. And, judging by the report, you could have managed without fire magic.
Arguments like "maybe they'll give me something" are only valid when it's obvious (or highly likely) that the opponent will crush you if you approach them. In all other cases, it's a sign of low skill.
Reasoning of the "maybe they'll give me something" variety is only justified when it is obvious (or highly likely) that the opponent will kick your ass if you come to them. In all other cases, it is a sign of low skill.
For me, it was obvious that by the time I reached my opponent with my turtle speed, he would either hole up in his Castle 5 times or go into a treasure zone and definitely gear up there (this has happened to me more than once). I needed magic and stats—neither of which were given in treasure zones/Dragon Utopias (except for the Pandora's box with fire). As for skill, go to the VT chat—there's someone there who loves talking about that all day :)
Without save files, it's hard to judge, but generally, gaining a tempo advantage in a week or two often outweighs the benefits of magic and stats.
It seems you're treating online play like offline, where the goal is to build up a powerful army, level up your hero, and then compare strengths. This is why you prioritize things in that way and why you have such incredibly long game times like 232 turns. I've only reached those turn counts maybe 5 times in my entire Heroes career, and even then, I'm not sure.
Because the priorities are slightly different – the goal is to gather everything you find as quickly as possible, ideally with half of it coming from your father (i.e., through inheritance or trade), the rest from weaker players, and then visit your opponent.
In the last year or two, I've played maybe 10 games on competitive mode, and I haven't even reached week 3 once.

Not 232, but 223. Don't tell me about priorities; I know how to play without you. The fact that you're bragging about not reaching the 3rd week after playing only 10 games on competitive mode is pointless. Sometimes, you simply can't attack your opponent on the second week, and if they start running away from you at a crazy pace, there's nothing you can do. I would gladly go for an early attack, but there was no opportunity to do so (or rather, there was a good opportunity to let the opponent develop in peace, occupying their towns, from which they often return with a horde of units and huge stats, just so you know). In short, take your questionable advice to the beginner's forum; they'll listen to you with their mouths open, while more experienced players have their own opinions and their own play style.
The fact that you boast about something without even playing 10 games in Ranked mode.
It seems you forgot to read the post you're commenting on, once again.
I was talking about the last couple of years, when I already learned how to play more or less. Before that, there were many Ranked games, and yes, they often resembled yours.
I see you've once again forgotten to read the post you are commenting on :).
I was talking about the last couple of years, when I had already more or less learned how to play. Before that, there were many games on SM, and yes, they often resembled yours.
It was written about 10 games on SM, so that's what I answered; I haven't studied your biography, sorry. Now many strong players successfully make it to the third week and beyond, so your hints at others' low skill are inappropriate. Discuss skill with ATG, I suggest again—I see he loves doing that, and you do too :)
Added after 6 hours 23 minutes By the way, Wicc, judging by your posts, I see that if you play on SM, then on the 2nd week you always have one end of the chain in the opponent's capital and the other taking Dragon Utopia scouts in the treasure zone. I want to see this, as well as your unthinkable skill; I challenge you, and if you accept it, I propose a series of 3-5 games on SM. In any case, I'm not afraid to fail—either I'll see your unthinkable skill that is incomprehensible to mere mortals (which I honestly doubt) or I'll be convinced (or "convinced") that you are exaggerating =).
