Hello everyone! Please re-upload the map archive to a different file-sharing service. iFolder is no longer available for downloads due to increased security measures.
Here's a question of that kind. Where exactly should I put the file so that the map is only visible in a networked local multiplayer game, but not in the online list? Which folder should I copy the map files to?
Game version 3.1.
My path is as follows: = C:\Program Files\Nival Interactive\Heroes of Might and Magic V\Heroes 5 - Tribes of the East\Maps Place the map in the Maps folder.
Евангелие от Иоанна, 1.5: Lux in tenebris lucet, et tenebrae eam non comprehenderunt. Свет во тьме светит, и тьма не объяла его.

If it's visible in the local network, then it's in the correct location. 1) The map must be present on both your computer and your opponent's. 2) Heroes used to have problems with network segments. 3) For online play, both players need to be on the same network. Hamachi or Garena can help. P.S. I answered out of habit because today is the anniversary of Lux's answer :) Although, I guess the question was asked some time ago.
I'm playing as the Dark Elves in Hero mode, and I chose the blue faction instead of the red one. It's actually very interesting! However, Джавани showed up on day 8 with a huge army, including legions of peasants, almost a thousand zombies and skeletons (not to mention a bunch of vampires and two dozen bone dragons). I managed to damage his army in two battles, but he trapped me in the city. I didn't have enough money for development, and I was running out of time. Now I'm going to regroup and figure out how to get out of this situation!

Yes, it was tough for the first 3 weeks. During that time, I gave Джавани, Marcus, the Overlord, and Biara a good beating. I captured all their artifacts, and now the map feels as boring as a kindergarten after dinner. I'm wandering around, looking for someone else to fight. Letus leveled up to 23 after these victories, and his level will increase by another two or three after visiting the dwellings.
Overall, it's a great map and a great evening! Everyone's going to sleep now!

Well, that's all, folks:smile14: The last three weeks of the war were boring. A Light Elf from the "green" island, who knew the Elven Arrows spell, added some variety. I had to run to the nearest Dark Elf city (which is in the north, in the center of the map) and then return with two dozen Hydras. After that, Chaos magic worked flawlessly. After defeating Biara's sister and the yellow player, the green player was trapped on the island, and the orange player was locked in the castle of Nagore.
The total war lasted 6 weeks:smile13:.

Yes, it's still interesting why, when you have a computer-controlled ally on the map, a defeat notification appears after the victory. I noticed this on more than one map (it was the same on the Island of Strangers)

because the map properties indicate that only one player wins :) or something like that I had the same thing when I was making multiplayer maps to play with a friend, until I figured out how to do it.
A quite interesting and well-balanced map. Interesting, well-developed plot, which is a huge plus. I'm playing on Hero difficulty (EWA 2.2.2). The map hasn't been completed yet, due to its difficulty, but it's precisely the difficulty that attracts me:))) Javani came to me on the 11th day, and with him - legions: 970 zombies and 800 skeletons, 230 vampires, and 26 bone dragons. The situation is unusual; I'm thinking about how to proceed...
