Yes. Yes.
Moonst@r, could you please upload the fix for resetting the Education of Barbarians separately?

I'm no longer dealing with "endless fixes"; I'm tired of it, and I'm also done with mods in general. Now, I'm out.
The three files you need are located here:
Fixs_3.1.pak\GameMechanics\RefTables\HeroClass.xdb and Skills.xdb
Fixs_3.1.pak\MapObjects\Stronghold\Kujin.(AdvMapHe roShared).xdb
Thank you. I'll keep that in mind.

Thank you, great mod. I even left a request in the suggestions thread because of the strange behavior of the heroes on the map, like they were shaking. Could you make a similar mod for the Fortress faction, or what needs to be edited in the file?
I agree with you. If there is at least one hero from the Fortress faction in the Campaign or Scenarios riding a mammoth without this problem, let me know, maybe I can use his animation for the standard ones.

Could you please tell me which file was used as a base? I can't find it. I also noticed that you added music by Agral to the standard heroes.
Fixed the jerky movement animation for the human heroes Frida and Ornel on the adventure map.
P.S. I wanted to do the same for Elaia and Tralsay, but while the jerky movement disappears, the staff flies away during movement.
P.S.S. At the very least, the animations are broken for the Orcs Gotai and Kujin.

Good evening. Indeed, King Tolgar uses a different movement animation, but unfortunately, it is not compatible with standard heroes. In fact, this animation is also not very smooth and is similar to the standard one.
And another question, as I understand it, the animation is not tied to the appearance of the model, i.e., for example, you can use a mod for individual heroes, and they will all move smoothly; the important thing is that the movement points of the models coincide?
By the way, for Mages, elephants are the closest in type and configuration of models; maybe try with them.
Alright. I can explain the logic behind the movement modification. For example, I wanted to fix the jerky animation of Kujin, but she is the only female Orc hero in the game who rides a buffalo, and she only uses one movement animation. If I try to link the animation of other Orc heroes to her, it doesn't work because it's incompatible. Perhaps if an enthusiast with experience in working with in-game animations is found, they could rework it manually, but for now, we have what we have. As for mods that replace hero models, the animation is often tied to the model, and it is really important that the movement points of the models match.
either the movement speed in space is recorded incorrectly, so the model makes a sudden jump at some point, which can be fixed;
or the animation itself is jerky, in which case I am powerless – it will be even more damaged when converted from gr2, it will be rewritten again in Blender and damaged, and then it will be slightly more damaged again when converted to gr2. With my animation tools, I can only break things
