It feels like the author doesn't understand what he's being told (or pretends not to). How can you take a blue town without an Ash and gain access to the dwarves, if they require a sphere, which the player can only obtain after taking the last blue town? Did I explain it clearly?

Map version 1.2
List of changes:
- Increased the aggressiveness of the Blue player - now, after each defeat, Alaric and Valeria will be reborn with a sufficient amount of meat, and their level will increase by +1. After capturing Mythgard, they will receive several times more meat;
- Fixed a bug with Chaos (see attachment);
- The old city destruction system has been restored on the map, but now, when Necropolises are captured by the Blue player, the cities will revert to Haven castles, and when Hafad and Dominik choose "Convert city to Necropolis," random skills and level will be reset by the amount LevelHero/2;
- Many other minor changes.
Won the first battle. Only one swordsman survived. Is it worth recruiting an army of Necromancers that can be resurrected after the battle? And yes, Hafad has -10 morale after the battle. Will this always be the case?
The map is excellent. You can feel the immense effort and time that went into it. Thank you to the author.
I started playing as the hero, but it's not going smoothly.
I'm attaching the save file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1q_3eflEPdA1655sSuFQMuZHFG2Jb5cQu/view?usp=share_link
The problem is that I can't go anywhere; I can't open the path to Holyfire.
Perhaps this is because I attacked Hafaayad instead of Castlecross (I didn't have enough movement points to enter the city, but I managed to defend myself), and the mission didn't close, or maybe because I destroyed 2 Human cities before taking Mythgard (they fell easily with spells, unlike the undead, which require more troops and, therefore, more time to defeat).
Maybe I'm not seeing the guardians of the demon and mage keys (if the Elf gives them, then sorry).
In general, thank you to the author; I'll try to play through it again after I get feedback.
I have a few questions.
When attacking Holyfire, was there a message and a quest to find the Tear of Ash?
Regarding the Human cities, was there a dialogue box with the option to destroy or convert the city to Necropolis?

And yes, about the key guardians:

1. There was no message about the Tear. 2. The cities were simply destroyed after being captured. 3. I rebuilt the bridge, but immediately after that, there's a gate that prevents me from entering.

Which version are you playing - 1.1 or 1.2? The city destruction mechanic has been changed in 1.2.

I don't know, I downloaded the map yesterday early in the morning.

I think it was version 1.1, before the update on the 20th.
UPDATE! (01/20/2023)
Map version 1.2
Changelog:
- Increased the Blue player's aggressiveness - now, after each defeat, Alaric and Valeria will be reborn with a sufficient amount of resources, and their level will increase by +1. After capturing Mythgard, they will receive several times more resources;

I played the version that was uploaded before this update.
The main problem is not the destroyed cities, but the fact that everything is locked. I think that somewhere a key was not given. There is nowhere to go.

And after that, everything should go smoothly.
After capturing Mythgard, the lands of Erathia will become available to the player.
And then everything should go smoothly.
But they are not available right now; I will record a video.
