Let's start with the fact that we spent turns eliminating those f***ing "neutrals". Neutrals who, instead of just standing aside and waiting, started/were about to mess with us.

Attacks have a note if they always hit. I also thought that the horn was just an ability, like passive auras or the woman-maker. But since it's an attack, it makes sense to ask for future reference. Especially in light of Artz's turn. If it can be dodged, then spamming it really isn't an option right now.

Same goes for whether the passive effects of Oswald's shield, Lester's ring, and Zedil's necklace count as attacks. Might make them more useful than they initially seem.
