Found what seems to be an article I don't entirely agree with it, but I've already expressed my opinion; the differences are in minor details (for example, they say not to drink, and I said that it's okay to have a little). But overall, it just looks optimistic and seems logical. So go for it, Neyra.
It hit me so hard that I physically felt awful. I hope on my way home I don't encounter too many scantily clad girls rushing to the student day celebration, otherwise, I'll feel even worse.

And it would be better if a truck ran me over and killed me.

Well, there were almost no such girls. But unfortunately, I didn't die.
How are you feeling?

I was sleeping and dreaming some meaningless nonsense. It's so good to sleep and not be aware of all this crap. It would be even better not to wake up.

And what will he do? Will he suddenly stop being a loser with nothing?)))))))))))))))
A bad specialist won't do anything good. But a competent one will help identify all the underlying causes of the current mess and provide medication or psychological assistance.
Nonsense. If a person truly doesn't want to get better, medicine is powerless, not to mention that half of the psychiatrists are charlatans. It's better to sign up for boxing or at least hit the gym to turn constant fatigue-induced psychosis into a mild depression, or just start drinking. Be careful with the latter.

I don't argue, Nebku definitely needs to pull himself out of this mess, and it will require just as much effort on his part. But the very visit to the doctor is already the first step towards recovery.

While having a hobby (whether it's sports or, say, drawing) is a good way to distract oneself from unpleasant thoughts, it won't solve the problem on its own. And I think going to the gym will only add to Nebku's distress.
I agree with Neyra and Ples, guys are talking sense.
I'll add that you can look for a psychotherapist or at least a psychologist online, if there aren't many available locally. But you really need a competent specialist, not just someone to chat with.
And yes, regarding hobbies, especially creative ones - you need to be careful. On the one hand, creativity is great for relaxing and escaping problems, but on the other hand, depression can only get worse, especially when you start thinking about why everyone else draws better than you - I've experienced it myself.

Ples has essentially made all the right points here. One could only add a phrase that my former school colleague used to say: "A psychologist cannot help a client by chasing after them – the client must come to the understanding that they need help." And going in with the mindset: "I'll just spill everything out, and they'll solve everything for me" is also pointless. There must be at least a subconscious understanding that you will have to work hard yourself.
It's better to sign up for boxing or even just hit the gym, so that constant fatigue turns psychoses into a mild depression, or just start drinking. Be careful with the latter.
I also can't help but agree with Ples and Koshu; a hobby doesn't solve the problem. Unless, perhaps, it helps to relieve stress and start moving forward. And yes, things can be really difficult with creative hobbies. Today you are inspired and writing/drawing, and tomorrow you hate your work, yourself, and everyone in the world. And it's not always about the fact that there are people who do better than you in this area. Sometimes, you just get overwhelmed, and that's it. And separately regarding alcohol – this definitely won't help. It will most likely worsen the situation.
Did I say anything about eliminating the problem, the causes? Only about alleviating the symptoms. And it's not about the hobby. It's about physical fatigue and hormones.

Here are articles on Habr for all occasions, and Nebku also has an article.
Here's why I think this is relevant:
All the articles I've read about anxiety don't help, talking it out and writing it down on three sheets of paper doesn't help, cold showers, sports, positive thinking – nothing helps. You just constantly feel bad because of the most mundane thoughts in your head. This is exhausting; you get tired, you fight with yourself every second, you try to force yourself to feel good – and you lose to yourself every second, you start to panic about these – that is, all – feelings.
And that's when the most interesting thing happens – your survival instinct decides to protect you from yourself. And when, for the umpteenth time, a wave of sadness starts to wash over you (and you've already studied your condition so well that you recognize the wave in advance, you hear it from afar, by its roar), you become so scared that your survival instinct screams at you logically – "save yourself – jump out the window."
I don't guarantee anything, unlike jogging; in this area, my experience can be considered zero, but who knows. In general, the article again supports what the guys recommend. And from my perspective, both the advice about sports and the advice about seeing a doctor seem logical.
