I. General Questions.
1. Only players who have passed the selection process are eligible to participate in the Tournament, namely:

Guild of Mages rebuild is enabled. Library rebuild is disabled.

3. There will be bidding for the right to choose a City and Color (unless the template specifies otherwise). The right to speak first in the auction is determined by flipping a coin.

4. Templates will be as in the OFB tournament. Standard order of templates from the list. The right to strike out a template first is determined by flipping a coin. The player "who wins the coin flip" chooses who will cross out first.

5. Rules are standard. If changes are made to the rules during the tournament, they will apply to this tournament.

II. Organizational Issues.

1. The Tournament is held according to the Rules for organizing, conducting, and participating in tournaments.
2. Players listed in the Blacklist and Penalty Bench are not allowed to participate in the tournament.
3. Tournament hosts and judges: Dirty_Player (ICQ: 408722873), Sanin (ICQ: 423164784)
If it is impossible to resolve a controversial issue independently, the judges will seek assistance from the AC.
The hosts have the right to make any necessary changes to the regulations and rules during the tournament.
4. For each played match, participants must submit a report and confirmation in this thread, created automatically.
Saves of all matches must be saved until the end of the tournament and submitted upon first request by the tournament host or any member of the AC.
5. Information on the progress of the tournament is updated as needed and is located at the beginning of this thread.
6. All games of the tournament go into the seasonal rating. The list of reports for the tournament is also located at the beginning of this thread.
7. Players who take 1st-3rd place will receive the right to participate in FB-14.
The winner of the tournament will receive the traditional medal under their avatar.



III. Deadlines.
All participants in the tournament must strictly adhere to the announced deadlines:
1. Immediately after the start of the next stage or round, contact your opponents for preliminary arrangements for the games. To agree means to come to an agreement after negotiations and discussion. An offer without a response will not be considered an agreement.
2. Any temporary problems (with internet, travel, personal) must be reported to the tournament hosts.
3. The preferred time for tournament games is daytime (12:00-00:00 Moscow time) on weekends and evening (19:00-00:00 Moscow time) on weekdays. If a participant cannot play at this time, the host will interpret the absence of a game result in favor of his opponent.

IV. Regulations.

The tournament is held in 2 stages.
1) Group stage: 4 groups of 4 people using a mini-double system (2 wins to advance). 2 people advance from each group.
2) Playoffs. Olympic system, 8 people, BO3 + match for 3rd place.
3) In the final match, players must stream (or provide a broadcast via TV/Skype/etc) for re-streaming with commentary.
