I haven't even come close to Grandmaster, but I can confidently review the dolls now. If you go second, you're screwed (you fall behind in tempo, even by Firstverter standards). If you don't have Silva on turns 3-4-5, you're screwed. If the Noys don't arrive by turn 9, you're screwed. If Co-Co-Co doesn't arrive against Heaven and Wayne, you're screwed. If Basil doesn't arrive against Sword and Forest, you're screwed. If only one Basil arrives against Sword, you're screwed by the second Arthur. If Substick doesn't arrive against Mars, you're screwed. If Shiro doesn't arrive in the mid-game, you're screwed. If two Noys and two Orchidkas arrive, but you can't generate enough mana, you're screwed. If you get matched against a Tank that hasn't bricked, you're screwed. If you spend all your cards and topdeck without drawing anything (which isn't in the deck, except for the Spinaria cycle and possible Ladders/Purhart), you're screwed. If you go first, have Silva and Automaton on turn 3, Silva and Flower Doll on turn 3, another one or two Silvas on turn 3+, Paracelsus with Hamelins for the evolution turn, Loco with Hamelins against Heaven and Dragon, put Shiro into free play on turn 4+, have a lot of mana by turns 8-9 with Orchidka/Noy and a heavily damaged opponent, then you're doing great today; if you were alive, your *most esteemed father would be proud of you, and you're crushing your opponent. tl;dr - The deck relies on early Silva, Paracelsus, and successfully drawing the right answers and finishers with reserved mana right around turns 8-9. If any of these conditions aren't met, you're going to lose. Tank screws you over even under these conditions if it rolls well; Seraph Blade helps, but not much, because it's expensive, and with such poor draws, it's more likely that two other Tanks will arrive for them than a second Seraph for you. Sword is more likely to screw you over than not, although it's possible to beat it if you again play an early Silva and damage its face in the late game so that you can then finish it off with Orc-Noy. And these are the two most cancerous and common matchups in the current meta; draw your own conclusions. --- In artifacts, Silva is very good; you can play without Sapphire against pure Radiants, and you can simply win on the board. You can use it on Analyzing without Axel, you can use it on low-mana generators without clogging up your pool until Deuski, you can use it on Ferventa, trading it for a 2/2. Of course, in this post, I'm only talking about Silva's acceleration; its default body on turn 7 is additional functionality that is rarely implemented effectively.
