Regarding Paragon: Aeterna has been defeated (it took a long time and was tedious), now I don't know where to go next. I passed through the portal that Aeterna was guarding and came across purple gates. Maybe someone has played through it and can give me a hint? Save file: https://yadi.sk/d/_y2-tQqs3KeAmB

I found Nautilus's personal website (also known as Biobob) - the author of the maps Metataxer's Revenge, Rise of the Sun King, and Bug-Race.
https://sites.google.com/site/biobobslaboratory/
Nautilus has posted a file called The Tactician for download there, but unfortunately, it's in German. I feel that without reading and understanding it, it won't be possible to master these maps. It would be good to translate it; it contains valuable information.
PS1: It's a pity I didn't take a screenshot of one spectacular and comical battle (in the castle, when I blocked the castle gates, and the enemy started chasing my army using teleportation, and the army, trying to escape, ran in and out of the castle...).
PS2: By the way, Pomazok, I also liked your Lord of the Rings suggestion; I haven't finished it (I left it for later). It's a pity there are no walkthroughs, as there are currently no walkthroughs for Paragon either.
Anatoly43, add screenshots, let's take a look.

If the enemy has only 1 unit in the city defense, you can win the battle immediately with Expert Earthquake! (500 Exp if units have not been defeated).
That is, you can win the battle by using Expert Earthquake if the enemy has only one stack defending the castle (its size doesn't matter). Has anyone encountered this bug? For some reason, I can't make this trick work.
I translated the part of the tactical file that interests me into English. Here's what I got:

but, judging by the discussion on the HeroesPortal map catalog page and a separate forum topic, many (?) people like it so much that they play it several times (if they don't succeed on the first try).
It so happened that almost all Heroes 3 players are from the CIS region, and the majority are from Russia (remember who released HotA). A map in Russian will interest many more people than a Chinese map, Nautilus Hardcore, Salamandra (Valery) maps, and so on, which I didn't mention. Because people are not good at translating. If Paragon were in English, I would look at its rating:smile42:
Also, Paragon has a murky, fantastical, absurd story with Ashwings and other strange creatures, which is also ideal and will appeal to the CIS community (what do you think Heroes players look like? Not all of them, of course).
Of course, the battles there seem pretty good at first glance, but "Archangels + clones + repeat n times" is a very old scheme. Nautilus or Season doesn't use that.
If they were in Russian or the original language, they would be top-tier

When left as a single stack, Phoenixes of Ciel become unresponsive under Berserk, failing to attack. This is what I took advantage of by reducing the Phoenixes' defense with Disarming Ray and then shooting them down.
