I don't feel sorry for the Koreans. They weren't accepted twice because they didn't really try both times. Why didn't they build an ideal Olympic village after the first loss, so they could win the second time?

Hosting the Olympics is a very expensive undertaking. Especially a Winter Olympics in Sochi. The government invested a huge amount of money in rebuilding the Russian city of Sochi...

I didn't quite understand what you meant about Sochi.
