The hooligan is breaking the railings and smiling, what a jerk! The engineers didn't design them to withstand such loads!

The age of the hooligan is not a reason to excuse the damage caused to state-owned vehicles.

If this thing got damaged after that, it clearly wasn't good enough quality to perform its function.

Also, I came up with a trick to counter those who like to boost their Battle Rating (BR) using phones, tablets, and other computers. It's quite simple. When registering, we need to require users to... provide a passport scan. I think you'll appreciate it.
This needs to be implemented when connecting to the internet, and it will be done soon.

Actually, it already is, as far as I understand.
The point is that, according to the adopted/soon-to-be-adopted laws, any free Wi-Fi hotspot must require users to provide their phone numbers. The phone number is, of course, linked to their passport.
And our home IP address is also clearly linked to something.
So... But I might be mistaken.

I was actually very surprised to learn that operators can resell phone numbers. I don't know how it is in Ukraine, but in Russia, I encountered this in the first week of my stay.

2016, having a static IP address? Not using shady, cheap SIM cards?
No, biometric authentication is needed for each session.

Well, Lock, of course, all of this is flawed, but when you don't have an interest in it, why bother, even with minor details? :D And potential attackers will always find loopholes in any system. Which brings to mind the question of who these measures are actually aimed at.

Dogs have been chipped for many years. What prevents (besides malicious intent) chipping all citizens of Russia so that they wouldn't have to waste time entering logins and passwords, but instead, they could simply buy an identifier, connect it via USB, install drivers, and hold it up to the chip? It could be integrated into keyboards. There would be a huge time saving on identification, and it would be very difficult to log in under someone else's account (it would require forcibly linking the chip-bearer). But instead of such useful endeavors, Russia is occupied with… well, you know (((

What prevents independently implanting a flash memory chip under the skin, storing all passwords in the memory, and having a USB output on the outside? And that's it...
