I don't have the Beast Dominy, and, like with Belphegor, I don't plan on crafting it specifically. As a legendary item, it's not very good, and femdom isn't exactly my favorite fetish.

Is the flood serpent really that overpowered? I don't see much of it, and even Haven and runes, which have become quite bad according to the stats.

Well, apparently so, although I haven't seen the serpent in action myself. Almost all the vampires I encounter are just standard aggro. But if it comes out on turn 6, as Locken said, then who can clear it – Haven with Themis Decree, or another vampire with Revelation, and even then, only with Vengeance.

It's decent in Battlegrounds, I've taken it a couple of times. But even then, Sadonoch is better. So yeah, it's useless. It's just sitting in my collection, and I don't want to disenchant it.

Every time you disenchant a Beast Dominator, one Revan somewhere is sad.

I saw a Snake Flood once, on the first or second day after the expansion was released, and I was the one to blame, to be honest. But usually, I don't have many problems with blood; I try not to introduce it into the game myself. And if they provoke me or place an amulet, I just start attacking them with all means possible, like a madman, so they don't even have time to reach the Snake Flood.
No, I don't grind for Legend or I grind only to level one (I eliminated two un-animated flutes, one atomic, one eidolon, and I don't think I touched anyone else).

The flute is just lying around, as are two Eidolons, although I don't play with them and don't plan to. I need to do an inventory check. I quickly crafted unanimated copies of those cards that I have in sufficient quantities in the anime version – 6k dust, easy peasy.

Today, the Snake was killing with Dragon Slayer for 4 mana when playing on the Discord server. And with a normal ramp deck, it's impossible to clear the Snake on the perfect sixth turn; it's mostly a loss, but rarely, with a super-lucky hand and board, you can respond. They need Blood Moon for their combo, so they don't go to 10 health, and you don't have a chance to take him down quickly.
But now, people rarely play Snakes; they might have tempo tricks or those "Nasten" cards and a slower deck. And regular Wengodebils abuse Dealer/Belphegor + Airship and the 4-4 for 3 mana.

I definitely dust non-anime copies. I also dust all cards, up to one or only up to anime, that I consider to be bad. I don't dust cards completely just to have them in my collection. I dust anime cards if I have more than three, but this has only happened once or twice, if at all.
With Rampart, could a Bahamut already appear on the perfect sixth turn?

Yeah, I've seen versions with Temp Tresses too, along with aggro decks. Maybe there were snakes in those decks, but I haven't seen them. And I saw someone abusing the 4/4 today, and I always thought it was useless. I've only encountered Dealer once in all my games, though. Glad I didn't dust my own copy; it might come in handy.

Tempestress isn't available, which is a shame. I saw someone playing with it, and I want one for myself, and I don't care that it doesn't fit into an aggro deck; I won't be making any other types of decks.

By turn six, with a perfect ramp, you might already have a Bahamut out, right?

You need to ramp for 5 turns in defense and 4 in attack, and have one of the three cards from your deck ready in your hand to clear them out. Five, if you're playing with Light Blast (many don't play it anymore, after all the hype/complaining – it's funny). The probability of this happening exists, but it's EXTREMELY LOW. You can also use Light Blast on Bloodmoon, but that's just awful, and there might not be any Serpents there, and you'll end up looking like a complete fool.

Well... Probably, yes, it's still less than spending Blood to cast Blood Vengeance and then summoning Baphomet on the fifth turn.

Decided to check out the second season of Bahamut, to see what else the creators will come up with (even the first season was just okay). And I'm laughing now at the opening, because based on it (and the two episodes that have been released), Azazel seems to be the protagonist of the second season.

After realizing that my aggro deck performs well even without Cerberuses, I started using it in ranked matches when asked to play as Dungeon on daily quests. Recently, I encountered a strange Dungeon build that abuses Phantom Dragon. My Sylvan deck wouldn't stand a chance against it, but I was saved by a mummy that appeared from the top of my deck and the opponent's love for trading. Admittedly, this love for trading was partly because they wanted to set up an ambush with the Phantom Dragon, but it still distracted them enough for me to attack freely.
