I am sending this telegram to ask for your support on a proposal to Commend The Black Riders, located here.

As many of you already know, the founder of TBR was DEAT'd following rule violations regarding scripting. In the 12 hours until the next update, Ridersyl and other TBR members began mobilizing a defense of their region. In response to this, nations from all over the NS world flooded into the region and beat out the raiders into the delegacy.

Now, nearly two months later with a stable delegacy, strong regional government, defense force, and well-functioning intelligence service, the nations of the greater NS community in TBR are flourishing. Some of you may be biased against the region for its previous history. I can assure you that The Black Riders have entered a new era, a new chapter filled with peace and stability.

Too often are nations like these marginalized by the NS community. However, this region stands in salute to those who form the core of the game, you. Let this be remembered as an unprecedented blow to raiders and a stunning show of cooperation and fraternity among relatively inexperienced natives.
